Hey, my name is Catherine and occasionally I get to around to writing about what I’m doing and what I’m reading. I have a tendency to starts lots of projects, be they crafts or writing or reading and then…entirely forget about them and start new ones. Hence the restless bit. And as I love violets and they too are restless, growing here there and everywhere, I thought the name was apt.

I live over in a far northwest suburb of Chicago and graduated some years ago from Bethel College getting my B.A. in Lit. and Writing. I get see this wacky dude everyday and we’re always playing with our two stripey cats.
